Business Development
Senior consultants in Uppsala. We lead projects, step in as interim managers, develop how organizations work and put AI to practical use.
What we do
UNIK Partner is a small consultancy with long experience from life science, tech and the public sector. We take responsibility for projects and change, fill leadership roles while you recruit, and help organizations improve the way they work. We have built the systems our own company runs on with AI, and we use that experience to help clients work out what AI can do for them.
Business Development
Processes, roles, governance and the systems that support them. We start from how the work is done today.
AI in Practice
Talks, workshops, guidelines and pilots, based on what we have built and run ourselves.
Project & Change Management
Experienced project managers and change leaders for complex, regulated and time-critical projects.
Interim Management
Leaders who step in during transformation or recruitment, and hand over properly when they leave.
Office space and meeting rooms at the castle
We also rent out our conference rooms by the day and office space by the month, at Uppsala Castle.
Strategic minds. Skilled leaders. Real results.
